1 Le Rustique Camembert 250g
- ½ cup Fresh Cranberries
- 1/3 cup Chopped Walnuts
- A few sprigs of Thyme
- 1 tbsp Honey

Preheat oven to 180°C

Remove Camembert from its box. Unwrap the cheese and remove the sticker. Score the top of the cheese in a criss-cross pattern

Add the Cranberries and Walnuts on the top of the cheese

Bake 12 to 15 min or until top of cheese is tender when pressed

Do not overcook or the cheese may harden

Drizzle with Honey and serve with toasts
