1 quite firm Le Rustique Camembert
- 4 tbsp flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp neutral-flavoured oil
- ½ tsp dried thyme
- Salt, pepper
- 200g breadcrumbs

Get 3 shallow bowls ready: put the flour in the first one, the beaten eggs with the oil, thyme, salt and pepper in the second, and the breadcrumbs in the third.

Cut Le Rustique Camembert into 8 pieces, then coat them successively as follows: flour, egg, breadcrumbs, egg, breadcrumbs, to create an airtight seal around the cheese.

Freeze the pieces for 20 minutes.

Preheat the plancha grill and lightly oil it. When hot, add the cheese pieces and brown them on all sides.

Serve the breaded Le Rustique Camembert pieces with the salad accompaniment.
