Delicious dough base and authentic taste

Le Rustique Camembert 250g 1/2
- Onion 1
- Smoked lardons 100 g
- Pizza base 1
- Crème fraîche 3 tablespoons
- Apple 1
- Grated mozzarella 50 g
- Salt and pepper
- Preheat oven to 200°C.
- Peel and finely chop the onion. Brown in a frying pan with the lardons for a few minutes.
- Roll out the pizza base on the baking sheet covered with greaseproof paper and prick with a fork. Spread the crème fraîche using a tablespoon. Lightly season with salt and pepper.
- Spread the onion and lardons over the cream. Peel the apple and cut into thin slices. Cut up the Camembert into thin slices. Arrange the slices of apple and Camembert evenly over the base. Sprinkle on the grated mozzarella.
- Bake for 10 - 15 mins, until the base is well cooked and the cheese is golden brown.
