Le Rustique Camembert 250g 1/2
- Large malossol gherkin 4
- Large tomato 1
- Red oignon 1
- Ketchup 2 tablespoons
- Mustard 2 tablespoons
- Burger buns 4
- Beef mince 4
- Lettuce leaves
- Salt and pepper
- Slice the gherkins lengthways. Wash the tomato and cut into rounds. Peel and finely chop the red onion.
- Mix the ketchup and mustard in a bowl. Thinly slice the Camembert.
- Cut the burger buns in half and toast in the oven or toaster.
- Season the burgers with salt and pepper then cook on one side on a high heat. Turn them over to finish cooking and immediately place 3 slices of Camembert on each one.
- Spread both halves of the burger buns with the ketchup and mustard mix. Place the Camembert-covered burgers on the lower half of the buns, add a slice of tomato, some chopped onion, some slices of gherkin and a lettuce leaf. Replace the top half of the bun and serve immediately.
