How to bake Le Rustique Camembert with honey and thyme in the oven
Le Rustique Camembert 250g

Preheat oven to 180°C. Cut out a large rectangle of aluminum foil and baking paper. Place baking paper on top of foil.
Remove camembert from its box. Unwrap the cheese and remove the sticker. Place it in the center of the baking paper. Score the top of the cheese in a criss-cross pattern.
Add 2 tablespoons of honey. Sprinkle 5/6 sprigs of fresh thyme. Season with black pepper.
Form a papillote by folding the paper together. Make sure the paper doesn't touch the top of the camembert. Wrap it all in aluminum foil.
Place the camembert directly on the oven shelf. Cook for 15 minutes.
Slice and toast a country loaf.
Peel back the papillote and enjoy. Bon appétit!
TIP: For best results, ensure Le Rustique Camembert is mature before baking (20 days or less before use by date).
