Le Rustique Camembert 250g 1/2
- Egg 1
- Milk 10 cl
- Cream 10 cl
- Ground nutmeg One pinch
- Large slices of farmhouse bread 4
- Butter 20g
- Salt and pepper
- Beat the egg, milk, cream and nutmeg in a mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
- Dip the slices of bread in the egg mixture. Allow them to soak up the mixture. Finely slice the Camembert.
- Melt the butter in a frying pan and cook the first side of the slices of bread. Turn them over to finish cooking and immediately place 3 slices of Camembert on each one.
- Serve with a green salad.
