French toast with Le Rustique Camembert
A delicious savoury recipe that shows nothing goes to waste, you can transform anything!
Large slices of farmhouse bread
Le Rustique Camembert 250g
Salt and pepper
Beat the egg, milk, cream and nutmeg in a mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper.
Dip the slices of bread in the egg mixture. Allow them to soak up the mixture. Finely slice the Camembert.
Melt the butter in a frying pan and cook the first side of the slices of bread. Turn them over to finish cooking and immediately place 3 slices of Camembert on each one.
Serve with a green salad.
