Baked Potatoes with Le Rustique Camembert

Soft inside, with a crispy skin and covered in a Camembert cream

Large baking potatoes
Le Rustique Camembert 250g
Full-fat crème fraîche
4 large tablespoons
Chopped chives
1 tablespoon
Add to basket
Preheat oven to 180°C.
Wash the potatoes and individually wrap each one in baking foil. Bake for 1 hour. Test with the tip of a knife.
Blend the crème fraîche with the finely chopped Camembert. Add pepper and work in the chopped chives.
Cut open the potatoes down the middle and cover with the Camembert cream. Serve immediately.
