The 21st October is a special day for apple lovers as it’s a day solely dedicated to this delicious, underrated fruit. Launched back in 1990, Apple Day intends to highlight and celebrate the different varieties available to us.

Camembert & Parma Ham Croissants (Serves 6)

What is more French than Croissants with Le Rustique Camembert? Treat yourself to this delicious recipe!

Ingredients:

Half Le Rustique Camembert

7g Yeast

10ml Warm water

2 Egg yolks

6 Slices of Parma ham

20ml Lukewarm milk

10g Sugar

5g Salt

225g Plain white flour

20g Butter

1 egg White (beaten until frothy)
