We take every care to mature the cheese in our ripening rooms but how ripe it is when you enjoy it is up to you.

Tim was the lucky winner of our Le Rustique de Printemps competition and won a gourmet meal at the top of the Gherkin for him and 11 of his friends.
They were able to share an authentic moment at the Searcy’s Restaurant with a five course meal and a breath-taking view over London!
Tim usually enjoys his Le Rustique Camembert with a glass of red wine!
Tim said that the whole set up of the Le Rustique event at the Gherkin was fantastic and that him and his guests loved every minute of it.
