The differences between Le Rustique Camembert and Brie
Both cheeses are soft and ripened with a white rind.
One significant difference between Camembert and Brie is in their sizes.
A Camembert must have a radius between 10.5 and 11 cm, whereas a Brie can have a radius of 22 to 37 cm.
The ferments constitute another particularity:
They are used for the maturation process and allow for different notes of taste and texture.
In general, a Camembert will have a more pronounced taste, whilst a Brie will be softer and creamier.
